TC    14. 7.1874 John Denby, a very old resident, has disappeared.

TC    24. 5.1879 John Denby dies, a native of Manchester, England.
                 He and his brother James were amongst the original proprietors of the Poverty Reef.

TC     3. 3.1883 Mrs Denby dies, 88 years, a very old and respected resident.

TC     7. 6.1884 Mr Denby at meeting.

TC     2. 5.1885 Finds a nice little patch at Doctors Gully, including a 7oz nugget.

TC    14. 9.1889 At Garibaldi Lodge meeting, a member for 33 years.

TC    14.12.1889 James Denby chairs 1890 Fete meeting.

TC    22. 3.1890 Gives evidence at Royal Commission, at Tarnagulla since
                 1854.

TC    22.11.1890 Seconds motion to hold 1891 Fete, as usual.

TC   8.3.1902  James applies for old age pension. 70 years.

TC   14.2.1903 James court over dog.

TC   7.11.1903 James.

TC   4.6.1904 Included lease application Growlers Hill.
