Deep Underground at Tarnagulla, 1997

This excellent photograph was taken on 11 July 1997 several hundred metres underground in the stopes of the Reef Mining operation on the south Poverty Reef.
The width of the extracted orebody can clearly be seen, along with ground support measures.
